Kristen is passionate about helping children and families and truly loves the work she does as a school psychologist. She is also very passionate about health and fitness and has been teaching strength training, cycling and cardio classes for over 4 years.
She started indoor cycling in 2006 after looking at a picture and not recognizing herself. She began eating right and started taking an indoor cycling class at her local gym and fell in love! She loves the way she feels after a really challenging class. When those endorphins kick in there is no better feeling!
Her classes are challenging but fun! She loves new and eclectic music that drives you through those tough intervals and hills. She hopes riders leave her class feeling accomplished and on a high.
She hopes to remind her riders why they came and to keep them coming back for that reason. She hopes to inspire riders to be the best version of themselves.
