Lindsey is a fitness enthusiast who wanted to take her passion to a new level by inspiring others to live their happiest and healthiest life. Growing up Lindsey was very active with volleyball and dance and has always had a love for music. A couple of years ago Lindsey made the decision to take her fitness more seriously by working with a personal trainer and it changed her life. She has never felt happier, healthier and stronger!
Lindsey has been indoor cycling for years and it has always been her favorite cardio workout! She loves that it has the ability to draw you in with the intensity and the music and how it allows you to pull away from everything else to focus on yourself. She also loves the positive energy that comes along with being surrounded by a supportive community of other riders.
Lindsey believes that fitness is more than building physical strength – it is about building mental strength as well. Sometimes all you need in life is a cheerleader to push you past your comfort zone and tell you that you CAN do it! Breaking down the barriers of your comfort zone is scary and challenging, but that is how we learn and grow. Lindsey wants to be your biggest cheerleader and help you see that you are capable of so much more than you think!
